Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Office Management Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations. Communication Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service. Draft and send emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of team members. Event Coordination Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and company events. Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during key discussions. Special Projects Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Conduct research and compile data for presentations or reports.
Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
