The Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers on healthcare, life sciences, and academic projects valued between $5M and $35M. This role is ideal for a senior-level APM ready to grow into a more autonomous role.

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct site visits and support field teams to resolve challenges in real-time. Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.

Experience : 4+ years in construction, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or academic projects. Project Types : Renovations and buildouts valued at $5M-$35M. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Procore and MS Office. Personality : Organized, professional, and detail-oriented. Location : Commutable to Boston.
