Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct site visits and support field teams to resolve challenges in real-time. Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.

Profile

Experience : 4+ years in construction, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or academic projects. Project Types : Renovations and buildouts valued at $5M-$35M. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Procore and MS Office. Personality : Organized, professional, and detail-oriented. Location : Commutable to Boston.

Job Offer

Salary: Up to $90,000. Benefits: 100% employer-paid health and dental, 401(k) match, PTO.
