Lead field operations, including safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors. Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Maintain client communication, especially with executives in healthcare and life science organizations. Manage occupied renovation projects with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment. Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Experience : 5-10 years leading construction projects in healthcare, life sciences, or higher education. Project Types : Renovations and buildouts valued at $5M-$35M. Certifications : CSL required. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work in occupied spaces. Personality : Polished, professional, and empathetic to sensitive environments. Location : Commutable to Boston.
Job Offer
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 (higher for exceptional candidates). Travel Allowance: $400/month. Benefits: 100% employer-paid health and dental, 401(k) match, PTO.
