Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, advising senior leadership on HR initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with department heads to align HR efforts with business goals.

Employee Relations

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and promote a positive company culture.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in company policies and procedures.

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Implement career development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
  • Ensure fairness and compliance in compensation practices.

Training & Development

  • Lead employee training and professional development efforts.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Compliance & Performance Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through effective appraisal and feedback systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years in HR, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience in organizations with 150+ employees preferred.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
