Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team, advising senior leadership on HR initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with department heads to align HR efforts with business goals.
Employee Relations
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and promote a positive company culture.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in company policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Implement career development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
- Ensure fairness and compliance in compensation practices.
Training & Development
- Lead employee training and professional development efforts.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Performance Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective appraisal and feedback systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in HR, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience in organizations with 150+ employees preferred.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
