Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Conduct HR administrative tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR administration.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to aid strategic decision making.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper management of employee files and data.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Review resumes and screen candidates as part of the selection process.
- Provide assistance with corporate projects and contribute to audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration.
- Some travel required.
- Proficient with HR software and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and employee management.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
