Position Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Administer and coordinate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct HR administrative tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating HR databases.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR administration.
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to aid strategic decision making.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and proper management of employee files and data.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Review resumes and screen candidates as part of the selection process.
  • Provide assistance with corporate projects and contribute to audits.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Some travel required.
  • Proficient with HR software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record in conflict resolution and employee management.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
