We’re seeking a collaborative Project Engineer in Brentwood, NY to provide critical construction support to management to ensure projects stay on track. Based at our Client's field office, you’ll assist the Project team with payment application review, writing minutes of project meetings, preparing regular reports, field inspections as required and other duties related to construction site activities. We’ll rely on you to track performance, create change orders, draft RFIs and other construction documents, and be a part of the solution to overcome issues you’ve identified. You'll gain confidence as you coordinate with outside agencies, contractors, and other 3rd parties regarding field activities. We’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you. 8+ years’ experience on larger projects valued above $10 million Knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change order review and the review of payments Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows / Outlook / Word / Excel and scheduling applications Ideally, you'll also have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction management OSHA 30 Certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire *No sponsorship available for this position #EastPMCM #NorthPMCM Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
