You deliver excellence, strive for continuous improvement and respond vigorously to change.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of combined technical and management experience, or Master’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 7 years of combined technical and management experience.Experience in at least one of the following areas: Operations Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Mission Integration or Model Based Systems EngineeringExperience leading an engineering team or projectFamiliarity with AGILE/SCRUM Master, MBSE with CAMEO, DODAF 2.0Familiarity with AFSIM Modeling and SIMMust have a current DoD Secret clearance and a periodic reinvestigation, or an original adjudication date completed within the last 5 yearsPrevious experience working in a SAP/SAR environment.Ability to obtain SAP access.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent communication skillsProven leadership skillsPrior Functional Management ExperienceEngineering Management ExperienceAgile project management (manage & prioritize workflow)Ability and desire to provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to direct reportsActive DoD Top Secret clearance with SSBI, or Active DoD Top Secret with SCI within 4 years of last investigationProgram access to all major NGAS programs.Salary Range: $151,900.00 - $227,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
