Description

• Respond to customer service inquiries, request, complaints. Inbound calls and emails.
• Calls will be in regard to scheduling, billing, service, ETA's for dumpster deliveries
• Utilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers
• Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes
• Will be creating some new orders (both home and residential)
• All info entered in database "Trucks", which they will train on, but Microsoft experience is translatable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
