TEKsystems is hiring: Customer Service Representative in White Plains

Description:

• The call center handles questions from union employees 
• Respond to inquiries regarding healthcare benefits, pension information, and financial inquiries
• Handle around 100 phone calls a day inquiring about these services
• Look up member accounts in the computer system
• Have high attention to detail when working and entering data
• Work on a dual monitor
• Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
• Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time
• Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
