SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... The Onboarding Sales Team sits inside the Inside Sales Organization and this is where our company mission begins. The ISO serves two critical functions: Increasing sales productivity by establishing qualified customer appointments that lead to pipeline generation. Developing future sales leaders for field assignments. Pure’s Sales Development Program represents a guided path to developing sales expertise while offering career advancement through demonstrated achievement. This program includes new hire onboarding, mentor program, ongoing product and sales training, and daily opportunities to collaborate with peers and experts in the industry. It emphasizes a high-performance culture by establishing high activity habits, prospecting skills, writing skills, introductory call structures, sales, and presentation skills. We are seeking an accomplished Inside Sales professional Team Leader for our growing market. This ideal candidate should have a proven ability to motivate a team, provide thorough coaching feedback through call listening, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders. He/she needs to be a highly-motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn professional with a proven track record of leading successful teams. This role is based out of Pure Storage’s downtown Chicago office. Responsibilities
Drive TQL meetings and bookings/pipeline growth through consistently achieving team quotas. Ensure a high degree of integrity within the team's sales practices. Listen to SDR calls for coaching. Help new SDRs clearly articulate Pure's value proposition and differentiation. Work in collaboration with peers, leadership, and account executive teams. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Continually keep up with current storage trends, companies, news releases, and competitor news. On a daily basis, use sales enablement tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Discover.org, Gmail, LinkedIn, Insidesales.com. Qualifications

USD $107,000.00 - USD $162,000.00 /Yr. Pay Transparency Statement
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
