We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partner Enablement Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Partner Enablement team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our partners' needs and business objectives. Your efforts will drive the creation and optimization of partner-specific enablement content that highlights Pure Storage’s unique value proposition and empowers our partners to succeed. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Content Strategy and Development:
Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with partners’ needs and Pure Storage’s business goals. Scope the full spectrum of content required to address the diverse needs of partner organizations and key personas within those organizations. Ensure a deep understanding of Pure Storage’s products, services, and value propositions to effectively integrate them into partner content.
Partner Personas and Competencies:
Define partner personas, job functions, and core competencies essential for enablement. Align content development to the specific needs and roles of partner personas.
Content Design and Collaboration:
Participate in the course design process with Global Enablement, Product/Solution SMEs, and Partner Marketing teams to evaluate and enhance content for partner relevancy. Engage Partner SMEs (e.g., PAMs, PTMs) as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance in content creation. Collaborate with Commercial Line of Business (cLOB) and other cross-functional teams to create content that emphasizes “what’s in it for the partner?”
Quality Assurance and Alignment:
Ensure all course content meets established guidelines for partner training. Facilitate alignment between technical expertise, partner needs, and curriculum design to create impactful learning experiences.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from partners to continually refine and improve content, ensuring it meets evolving needs and enhances their experience with Pure Storage solutions. Stay informed on industry trends and partner enablement best practices to incorporate into content strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... Proven experience (5+ yrs) in partner enablement, content strategy, or field supporting sales/technical sales roles. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, personas, and enablement requirements. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, marketing professionals, and partner managers. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with learning design principles and partner training methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in content management tools and learning management systems. The annual base salary range is: $130,000 – $195,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Chicago office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
