Junior Account Executive , you will work primarily from our
The Woodlands, TX office
for
4 days a week
(1 day of remote flexibility). What We Value: Coachability, curiosity, and autonomy A drive to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment Energetic, optimistic, and entrepreneurial spirit Qualifications: 1 -2 years of experience selling SaaS software (preferably to Sales/Marketing Leaders) OR 2+ years of experience in active prospecting (targeting Sales/Marketing leaders) as a Business Development Representative (BDR), with a strong desire to grow into a Junior Account Executive role Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal/written/visual) Process-driven and self-motivated Familiarity with workforce planning, talent acquisition, or talent intelligence is a Plus Responsibilities: Build a strong pipeline and maintain client relationships Engage enterprise accounts via phone, email, social selling, and other outreach methods Deliver tailored product demos Collaborate with VP of Sales to close deals Employ consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales) Salary & Benefits: Base Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on experience) Commission:
