We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Seattle, Washington. This role will be pivotal in assisting with the hiring processes within our organization, focusing on tasks such as managing applications, onboarding new hires, and maintaining personnel documents.
Responsibilities:
• Streamlining and managing hiring processes within the system
• Assisting with the onboarding of new employees and ensuring smooth transition into the organization
• Handling daily administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
• Handling payroll and benefit functions using ADP Workforce Now
• Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in the system
• Ensuring proper filing of personnel documents
• Resolving any HR related inquiries and issues
• Working with a multicultural staff and ensuring clear and effective communication
• Assisting in maintaining a positive HR environment within the organization.• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software
• Extensive knowledge of benefit functions, including administration and management
• Experience in managing hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Ability to handle onboarding processes for new employees
• Experience in payroll management and processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments
