We are providing a long-term contract employment opportunity for an experienced and skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager in the bustling city of Seattle, Washington. You will be an integral part of our team, working in a fast-paced industry where your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, supporting organizational design, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and streamline organizational structures, roles, and processes in alignment with our business strategies
• Lead initiatives to establish career paths and job frameworks within the team
• Serve as a consultant to managers, providing guidance and coaching to address employee behavior and performance concerns
• Develop and deliver appropriate feedback or corrective/disciplinary actions in a manner consistent with our values
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, gathering and analyzing facts and recommending appropriate actions
• Interpret and apply understanding of our corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice and guidance
• Collaborate with the senior HRBP and DEI teams to execute DEI plans
• Contribute to the diversification of the workforce and fostering inclusive leadership practices within the team
• Utilize HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Ceridian to manage employee data and processes
• Oversee hiring processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Manage employee benefits functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Expertise in using ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Proficiency in Ceridian
• Familiarity with HCM
• Experience with Benefit Functions
• Strong Communication skills
• Understanding of Compliance procedures
• Proficient in Employee Relations
• Experience in Hiring Processes
