We are offering a contract for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant position in Ossining, New York. The role primarily involves providing administrative support to the HR department, with a focus on recruitment, data management, and event planning.
Responsibilities:
• Providing bilingual administrative support, including document translation from English to Spanish
• Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
• Maintaining and updating organizational charts
• Conducting various HR audits as required
• Utilizing HR Management Systems (HRMS) and other software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian for various HR functions
• Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping
• Assisting with coordination and planning of company events, including employee service awards and company picnics
• Delivering high-quality customer service in all interactions
• Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential for this role
• Familiarity with the ADP Workforce Now platform is required
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must
• Experience with the Ceridian HRMS system is highly desirable
• Ability to use About Time time-tracking software is important
• Auditing skills and experience will be beneficial
• Experience conducting background checks is necessary
• Understanding of various benefit functions is required
• Excellent customer service skills are essential
