Job Description
We are offering an exciting job opportunity in the non-profit industry for an HR Coordinator role, based in Boca Raton, Florida. The selected individual will join our dedicated team, focusing on a variety of HR functions including processing, auditing, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently managing and processing various HR documents and paperwork.
• Conducting background checks as part of the recruitment process.
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks.
• Assisting in recruitment by finding and orienting new talent.
• Conducting audits to ensure all HR practices are compliant with regulations.
• Using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for recruitment and other HR tasks.
• Utilizing Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for various HR functions.
• Handling benefit functions and ensuring they are administered properly.
• Maintaining strong communication with all members of the organization.
• Overseeing onboarding processes for new hires.
• Must have prior experience in the Non-Profit industry• Proven experience in the role of HR Coordinator or similar HR roles
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce platforms
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Demonstrated skills in auditing and background checks
• Deep understanding of benefit functions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
