We are offering a long-term contract role for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the non-profit sector, located in Dallas, Texas. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient operation of our HR functions, keeping comprehensive records, and delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure precise and efficient processing of client credit applications
• Keep comprehensive records related to client credit
• Address client inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Monitor client accounts and take necessary actions as required
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Carry out background checks in line with industry standards and regulations
• Manage various HRMS functions including About Time, Ceridian, and ADP Workforce Now
• Handle ADP Financial Services related tasks
• Supervise Benefit Functions to ensure they are administered correctly
• Maintain a high level of client service, ensuring all interactions are handled with detail-oriented attention and courtesy.• Applicant must have experience with ADP - Financial Services.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is essential.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required.
• Knowledge of Ceridian software is a must.
• Applicant should be well-versed in HRMS.
• Experience with About Time software is necessary.
• Must possess strong auditing skills.
• Background in conducting background checks is needed.
• The candidate should have a thorough understanding of benefit functions.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
