We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Chico, California. This role involves leading and managing all aspects of human resources within our company. The successful candidate will be expected to build and scale HR systems, ensure compliance, and promote a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives that align with our company goals.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting to retaining top talent.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and work to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Ensure all HR practices adhere to local, state, and federal laws and regulations across all locations.
• Develop and manage performance evaluation processes, feedback systems, and career development plans.
• Oversee payroll, benefits programs, and compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness.
• Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support workforce planning for multiple locations.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all HR best practices, including benefit functions and hiring processes.
• Leverage strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role or similar position
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Solid understanding of benefit functions within a HR context
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in compliance and regulatory matters
• Strong expertise in managing employee relations
• Experience in developing and implementing hiring processes.
