Production Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shift Openings

Responsibilities

• Inspect automotive component parts for defects as dispensed from injection molding machine.
• Inspect 50 parts per hour, each weighing under 5lbs.
• Collaborate with 1-4 other operators on the line.
• Trim component parts as necessary and prepare them for packing.
• Pack component parts according to packing specifications.
• Assist with material changes as needed.
• Complete paperwork for defective parts.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience standing for 10-12 hours at a time.
• Proficiency using hand tools (hammer, knives, screw driver).

Work Environment

Currently, employees are working 6-7 days a week, but this is expected to reduce to 6 days once machine repairs are completed. Casual dress code with closed-toed shoes is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.78 - $19.78
