• Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls, including setting up and troubleshooting technical issues
• Capable of handling all forms of correspondence, including emails and letters, with professionalism and accuracy
• Experienced in arranging travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements
• Ability to schedule and manage meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner
• Must understand and adhere to the principles of confidentiality, ensuring all sensitive information is handled appropriately
• Proficiency in generating reports, including collating data, conducting analysis, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for an Executive Assistant position in Stow, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling and organization
• Facilitate communication by organizing and managing conference calls
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy standards
• Generate reports as required, providing accurate and timely information
• Manage correspondence, ensuring all incoming and outgoing communications are handled appropriately
• Arrange travel and accommodations for executives, ensuring all arrangements meet individual needs and requirements
• Schedule meetings effectively, coordinating timings and venues to suit all parties involved.
