Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Dallas, Texas (Plant Located in Waxahachie, TX) Compensation: $200,000 to $225,000 plus bonus Position Overview: Our client, a high-growth fabrication company, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations and drive strategic growth. This role involves comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as managing a team of finance professionals. The CFO will work closely with senior leadership and the private equity team to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team. Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance. Develop and implement financial tracking systems for revenue and expenses. Manage the organization's investment portfolio and capital expenditures. Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors. Ensure compliance with industry-specific tax laws and regulations. Oversee the administration of financial software and systems. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure comprehensive insurance coverage and compliance. Conduct financial reconciliations and variance analysis. Prepare financial statements, budget performance reports, and other financial documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO/President or other executives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry. Prior experience working with a private equity-backed environment is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
