Project Manager - Commercial Doors

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial doors division. The ideal candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met while maintaining client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial door projects including planning, execution, and closing. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Division 8 and Division 10. Oversee the procurement and management of materials such as frames, hardware, and doors. Utilize project management software to track project progress, budgets, and timelines. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project life cycle in a timely manner. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial doors industry or related fields. Strong knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, and related materials. Experience with software tools such as Comsense and E/pws for project management. Familiarity with ASSA ABLOY, Ceco, Allegion, Schlage, Von Duprin products. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
