M&A Insurance Attorney (Senior)

Peabody & Arnold LLP seeks an attorney to join our dynamic and growing M&A insurance practice in Boston. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of insurance coverage experience. We are looking for candidates with partnership potential. Our practice group represents insurance companies in a wide variety of claims arising out of M&A transactions. We handle disputes on a nationwide basis and sometimes internationally. Our clients are based mainly in New York and London. Skills and Educational Requirements: · JD from accredited law school and excellent academic credentials · Active bar admission with an ability to obtain MA admission quickly · 7 years of insurance coverage experience · Outstanding research, writing, and analytic skills · Strong quantitative and communication skills · A commitment to attention to detail, organization, and excellence · Ability to multitask and work independently within a collaborative team setting · Ability to supervise, mentor, and train more junior team members Peabody & Arnold understands the importance of having a workforce that reflects the various communities in which we work, and we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse employees want to work and where they can flourish professionally.
