Dentive is currently seeking a full-time Doctor Recruiter in to add to our amazing team in Provo, UT!

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Doctor Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in identifying, engaging, and placing dentists and dental specialists, such as orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons, across all of our Dentive Partners. You will play a pivotal role in connecting top dental talent with opportunities that align with their expertise and career aspirations.

Duties/Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate dentists and dental specialists for various roles, ensuring they meet client and practice requirements.
  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, dental association networks, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partnered practices and their Practice Managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Maintain excellent and frequent communication with Dentive Partners about the hiring process and progress being made in open requisitions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Dentive Partners, offering insights into market trends and talent availability.

Candidate Management:

  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for potential roles.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from application to placement, ensuring a seamless experience.

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans tailored to the dental industry.
  • Stay updated on trends, regulations, and best practices in dental recruitment.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and client interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Asana, our project management software.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong understanding of the dental field, in particular doctors, including various specialties and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
