EUC Engineer with Intune Knowledge

Information Technology Imaging & Deployment TechnicianThe DuPont Information Technology Team provides leveraged operational support for all aspects of IT infrastructure and to all the businesses and functions at the site.
This includes support for business computers, high-end computing workstations, servers, telecommunications (data network, wireless, voice and mobile devices), peripherals, and business specific applications found in both functions (HR, Legal, Finance) and the Research & Development environment (Lab/Analytical).
Job Description/Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for imaging, deploying and disposing of IT equipment.
Configure, image and deploy desktops, laptops and tablets with current image, applications and security updates
Follow local site procedures for disposal or repurposing of retired desktops, laptops, and tablets
Track the PC upgrade process via ServiceNow? Support the disposal process of existing desktops, laptops and tablets
Assist employees with transitioning their documents, software and applications to their new computer.
Resolve any issues reported by users during the pc refresh or deployment process.
Other duties related to the PC refresh experience (i.e., setting up appointments with users, tracking status in ServiceNow, etc.)
End User Device support:
Strong in end user support and customer service experience, with the ability to resolve conflicts.
Experience with Windows 7, Windows 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
Office 2016, Office 365, SharePoint.
Manage requests and incidents in a service desk portal
Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of computer imaging, deployment and support experience.
Well versed with computer hardware and accessories.
Well versed with Microsoft operating systems. Windows 7 & Windows 11.
Well versed with Microsoft Office software - Office 2010, 2013 Office 365.
Well versed with Intune.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to quickly adapt and learn applications in use in the environment.
Ability to perform high-level troubleshooting and problem solving.
Ability to effectively document resolutions.
Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively
Desirable Experience/Attributes:
Familiar with ServiceNow.
Familiar with Network Segmentation
