We are looking to hire a HR & Recruiting Specialist for a Technology company in the Hartford Area! This is a Direct-Hire opportunity!
Pay: 62k-72k /year
Description:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate roles and sales positions for corporate roles and sales positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and organizational culture.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure orientation and acclimation to company culture is effective.
- Some local travel required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience ideal.
- Strong understanding of corporate and sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships within the industry.
