We are looking to hire a HR & Recruiting Specialist for a Technology company in the Hartford Area! This is a Direct-Hire opportunity!

Pay: 62k-72k /year

Description:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate roles and sales positions for corporate roles and sales positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure orientation and acclimation to company culture is effective.
  • Some local travel required.
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience ideal.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships within the industry.
