Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Recruiting Manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in advanced LED lighting systems for commercial trucks, buses, and trailers. The Talent Manager plays a critical role in driving recruitment strategies, improving candidate experience, and sourcing top-tier talent to meet organizational goals. This position ensures alignment with company culture and values while fostering a superior candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of all salaried exempt and non-exempt recruiting.
• Partner with Plant HR Managers and Operations Managers to achieve staffing goals across locations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for plant-based recruiting strategies and operations.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies focused on data analytics, quality, diversity, and process efficiency.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and address potential challenges proactively.
• Communicate and promote the company's culture, mission, and values to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial phone screens, informational interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Oversee the end-to-end candidate journey, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to cultivate a strong employer brand aligned with the company's strategy.
• Attend networking events, meet-ups, and campus recruiting activities to build brand awareness.
• Source talent through creative strategies and referral networks.
• Identify and implement recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with the Technology Control Plan and Federal Export Control Policy.

Requirements Include:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for manufacturing and plant-based roles in product-driven companies or agency recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage diverse searches across multiple locations.

Skills:

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities and schedules.
• Creative sourcing techniques with a track record of filling hard-to-fill roles quickly.

Certifications:

• SHRM certifications preferred.

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and ability to conduct technical discussions.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
