Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for specialized roles (e.g., scientists, researchers, clinical trial managers, regulatory affairs professionals).
  • Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment agencies, to find qualified candidates.
  1. Screening & Interviewing:
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate expectations, and team needs.
  1. Candidate Experience & Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients (hiring companies), ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates during the process, including tips on CV presentation and interview preparation.
  1. Market Knowledge & Networking:
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the life sciences sector, such as emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and talent availability.
  • Build a network of industry contacts to tap into for future roles.
  1. Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment processes follow legal and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity, GDPR for data protection).
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of life sciences, including the regulatory and technical aspects.
  • Networking & Relationship-Building: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a highly specialized market.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, often managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
