About the Role: The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with 2+ years of experience in general, commercial and/or liability litigation, who can multitask, operate against deadlines, and communicate well, while operating in a team environment and independently. Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings Conducting depositions Attending court appearances Drafting/opposing motions Conducting investigation of claims Providing advice and reporting to clients Required Skills: Current member of the CA Bar 2 to 4 years of litigation experience Strong legal research and writing skills Sign-on Bonus offered.
