Participate in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings to advocate effectively for clients’ interests. Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy, case preparation, and trial support. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic guidance for clients. Requirements:
Experience:
1-5 years of legal practice, with demonstrated expertise in securities litigation, commercial disputes, director and officer (D&O) liability, professional negligence claims, and general civil litigation. Bar Admission:
Active license to practice law in Colorado. Skills:
Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Attributes:
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment. Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing. Preferred Qualities:
