Represent clients in complex legal matters, including securities and FINRA disputes, commercial conflicts, and professional liability claims. Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Provide strategic advice to clients and manage cases from initial filing to resolution. Participate in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings to advocate effectively for clients’ interests. Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy, case preparation, and trial support. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic guidance for clients. Requirements:

Experience:

1-5 years of legal practice, with demonstrated expertise in securities litigation, commercial disputes, director and officer (D&O) liability, professional negligence claims, and general civil litigation. Bar Admission:

Active license to practice law in Colorado. Skills:

Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Attributes:

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment. Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing. Preferred Qualities:
