is seeking a

Human Resources Coordinator

to work with our corporate HR team. This position is

hybrid (3 days week/in office)

and can be located in one of the following STV offices:

Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Jacksonville, FL, or Chicago, IL. The HR Generalist will operate as part of a Shared Services model to support employees at all levels with inquiries as well as the HR team with day-to-day processes and procedures. This role plays a vital part in the overall success of the HR function and its delivery of people-oriented strategies. Duties

Assist employees with HR related inquiries in a timely and customer service focused manner. Assist with HR programs and initiatives: talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, records management, employee relations, and compliance. Participate in the formulation of HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action. Complete special projects by carrying out project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions. Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues, resolving concerns. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying abreast of existing and new legislation. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Continue to develop job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and others will be assigned as necessary. Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator/Generalist or Administrative. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred, but not required. Demonstrated skills to include: Detail-oriented and responsive, ensuring closed-loop communication. Problem-solving abilities with a process improvement mindset. Inquisitive and resourceful. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Forms). Experience in the following is a plus: Workday HCM. AEC industry. Compensation Range:
