Location: Miami, FL Duties: Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement negotiations, mediations, and appeals. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals. Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal analysis of complex issues. Negotiate settlements in favor of clients, leveraging strong litigation strategies. Prepare and present lay and expert witnesses for trial testimony. Develop and implement effective case strategies to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and advocating on their behalf. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed and admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Strong litigation skills, including trial and negotiation experience. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a legal team. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Florida. Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills. Effective negotiation and litigation abilities. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and presenting cases in court.
