Vice President of IT
to architect, implement, and scale a secure technology foundation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leader will join the executive team and steer the digital roadmap to support new market opportunities, service lines, and potential M&A initiatives. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Transformation Define and execute a future-forward IT strategy encompassing ERP, CRM, HCM, and digital platforms. Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, RPA) to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Leadership & Team Development Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Champion transparent communication between IT and other business units to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Infrastructure & Operations Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure, applications, and security. Establish best practices for service delivery, cybersecurity, and business continuity, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure operations. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify technology requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable ROI. Develop and manage relationships with external IT partners and vendors, optimizing performance, costs, and overall value. Qualifications Leadership Experience : 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior management roles. Enterprise Systems Expertise : Proven success implementing and optimizing ERP, Salesforce, and CPQ platforms. Digital Transformation : Track record of driving large-scale tech initiatives, leveraging data analytics and modern frameworks (Agile, DevOps). Security & Risk Management : Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred. Why Join?
