We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Information Technology to become an integral part of our rapidly expanding organization. Key Responsibilities Direct the company’s digital transformation efforts, transitioning IT from traditional oversight to a more strategic, delivery-centered approach. Formulate and execute technology strategies that are in harmony with the organization’s growth objectives and business ambitions. Supervise the modernization of critical business platforms, managing technology expenditures to maximize return on investment. Implement a holistic technology blueprint encompassing applications, data analytics, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Oversee the selection and deployment of essential technology platforms to facilitate business operations. Inspire the development of advanced analytics capabilities, including the adoption of tools like Power BI. Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard vital enterprise assets. Enhance system performance and technology reliability. Introduce innovative infrastructure solutions leveraging hybrid cloud environments. Define best practices for software development, focusing on continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and automated testing methodologies. Lead the creation of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Optimize technology investments to lower overall IT costs while enhancing operational productivity. Provide regular updates and forecasts regarding technology investments and expenditures. Build and mentor high-performing technology teams through strategic recruitment and continuous talent development. Develop an organizational framework that balances internal capabilities with strategic outsourcing partnerships. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence within the IT department. Required Skills Proven track record in steering large-scale digital transformation projects. Extensive experience in managing technology portfolios and vendor relationships across the enterprise. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams. Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and robust cybersecurity initiatives. Qualifications A minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience in enterprise environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced business degree is advantageous. Professional certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, PMP) are considered a plus. Ability to fulfill all pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug screening.
