This role is primarily focused on sales calls, converting leads into clients, and fostering meaningful client relationships that drive business growth. What You'll Bring: Sales Expertise : Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to identify pain points, provide solutions, and close deals effectively. Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Strategic Thinking : Ability to align client needs with The Boutique COO's services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell when appropriate. Excellent Communication : Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to resonate with prospective clients. Lead Management : Experience managing and prioritizing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates. Client-Centric Approach : A genuine passion for understanding client challenges and offering solutions that align with their goals. What You'll Do: Convert Leads into Clients : Conduct sales calls and strategy sessions with prospective clients, effectively conveying the value of our services and converting inquiries into long-term partnerships. Lead Nurturing : Manage a pipeline of leads, staying organized and responsive to ensure no opportunities are missed. Develop Tailored Proposals : Work collaboratively to create customized service packages that meet client needs. Collaborate with Marketing : Provide insights from client interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve lead generation efforts. Track Sales Metrics : Monitor key metrics like lead conversion rates, average deal size, and pipeline velocity to identify areas for improvement. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities : Identify additional services that could benefit existing clients, driving increased revenue while deepening client relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a client-focused or service-based industry. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for lead tracking and pipeline management. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
