Review contracts for legal and business-related matters. Conduct conflict analysis and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assist in closing high-value case sign-ups, particularly for major and catastrophic cases. Requirements: Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 15+ years of legal experience, with a focus on business litigation, fee disputes, marketing matters, and mass tort cases. Proven experience managing C&D letters and conducting business research. Knowledge and experience in employment law, compliance regulations, and contract review. Ability to assist in high-value case sign-ups. Independent problem-solver with a proactive approach. Retired judges encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish and English), but not required. Ideal candidates from California and Illinois. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the State Bar of relevant jurisdiction(s). Skills: Expertise in business litigation and mass tort management. Strong drafting and communication skills for legal documentation (C&D letters, contracts, motions). Knowledge of employment law, compliance regulations, and contract law.
