The Employment Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits involving a wide array of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. They will also provide counsel to employers on employment and labor law matters, represent employers in various legal proceedings, and ensure compliance with current agency procedures. Duties:

Defend and litigate lawsuits encompassing diverse employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Advise, counsel, and provide training to employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations concerning employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete cases. Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials. At least 3+ years of experience, preferably with a background in employment law. Experience with class action cases is advantageous. Current admission to the New York Bar in good standing. Familiarity with current agency procedures at both state and federal levels. Education and Certifications:
