This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location. JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Dashboard & Report Manager will be responsible for managing development and delivery of clinical dashboards and reports to clients to support WCG platforms. The role requires understanding of clinical trials data, gathering requirements (technical and operational), and the ability to work proactively to ensure dashboards and reports are effective and meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will be a proficient and effective communicator capable of cross functional and client-facing interactions to define and establish operational and technical requirements to ensure accurate delivery of reports and dashboards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Collaborate with internal IT, product and business stakeholders to define, document and socialize standard dashboards and reports to support WCG platforms. Work directly with clients and internal business teams to gather client/study-specific needs and translate them into effective requirements for building reports and dashboards. Define, document and manage processes for development of new and maintenance of existing client-facing dashboards and reports. Create and manage process for maintaining data integrity of existing reports and dashboards following WCG platform product releases containing changes that could impact the design and/or data output. Collaborate with development teams to ensure build and testing of dashboards and reports align with contracted client timelines. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports, dashboards as well as data transfers and exports. Lead multiple priority projects, managing timelines, deliverables, budget and internal and external stakeholder expectations. Provide training and support to internal team members and clients to ensure easy navigation and effective utilization of dashboards and reports. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance dashboard/report functionality and user experience in alignment with business requirements. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Data Management, Information Systems or related field; Master's degree preferred. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trials data functions. Minimum of 5 years of experience with eCOA platforms. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development. Proficiency and hands-on experience working with data structures, data management, programming, and data integration techniques. Experience in SQL, SAS, and Python. Understanding of the SDLC process, including UAT and validation processes to create SOPs and Work Instructions for the dashboard and report development and deployment. Experience in report and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Ability to gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs and data warehouses to interpret and integrate it into dashboards for real time updates. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to effectively communicate with clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret non-technical requirements and convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
