Our Food & Beverage operations include the Koa Lanai, Hau Terrace, and Ka Mo’i Boathouse, supported by a collaborative team of Restaurant Managers. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Director and Assistant Director, these leaders work together to ensure excellence in service and operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with other Restaurant Managers to oversee dining operations and ensure top-tier member satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team in your designated dining area, emphasizing excellence and service.
• Foster meaningful connections with members, creating experiences that reflect the spirit of Aloha.
• Work with culinary teams to plan and execute exceptional dining experiences and events.
• Report to the Food & Beverage Director and Assistant Director, contributing to a cohesive and effective leadership structure.
• Ensure compliance with Honolulu Liquor Commission policies, health codes, and Club standards.
• Contribute to budget management, staff scheduling, and operational efficiencies to support team and Club goals.

Who You Are:

• An experienced restaurant leader with at least 2 years of management experience.
• A collaborative professional who values teamwork and thrives in a shared leadership environment.
• Certified in Honolulu County Liquor Commission, ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety, and TB Medical Clearance.
• Passionate about hospitality, with a focus on innovation and member satisfaction.
• Ready to grow professionally while embracing the Aloha spirit.
