Job Title: Corporate IT Recruiter Location (city, state): Naperville, IL (Hybrid) Industry: Food Distribution Pay: $40-$48/hr About Our Client: Our client is a leading company in the distribution industry, known for its commitment to quality and growth. They are expanding two new IT divisions and need a dedicated Corporate IT Recruiter to support their talent acquisition efforts. Job Description: This role will involve managing IT recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. The recruiter will be responsible for approximately 10-15 requisitions at a time, helping to build out a full suite of IT roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for various IT positions (developers, helpdesk, engineers, architects). Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information and ensure compliance. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates. Assess candidates for fit, including skills, culture, and other criteria. Keep abreast of recruitment trends and use social media and networking for sourcing. Improve recruitment and onboarding processes and best practices. Qualifications: 3 years of IT recruitment experience, covering roles across the full IT spectrum. Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Ultipro is a plus. Proven ability to handle high-volume recruiting and source passive candidates. Additional Details: Contract Length: 4-6 months with a strong potential for permanent conversion.
