Join our team as an Account Manager and work closely with our creative, strategy, and account services teams to build client relationships, oversee impactful projects, and drive successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee campaign and project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. Translate client objectives into actionable project plans and coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) to deliver seamless results. Prepare client-ready materials, including presentations, project updates, and reports. Collaborate with internal experts in paid media, UI/UX, and digital strategy to develop solutions aligned with client goals. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative and strategic input. Stay informed on industry trends in digital marketing and user experience, sharing insights with clients and the team. What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in account management or project coordination, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency. Familiarity with paid media strategies (e.g., Google Ads, social media campaigns) and basic principles of UI/UX design. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to clients. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools like Wrike or Asana is a plus.
