We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders and employees. The HRBP will oversee employee relations, recruitment, compensation, training, and compliance, ensuring positive workplace relationships and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main HR contact for policies, programs, and employee relations. Recruit, onboard, and support salaried and hourly employees. Administer compensation, leave management, and HR systems (Workday, SAP, JDE). Conduct exit interviews and represent the company in hearings and investigations. Manage employee programs, events, and training initiatives. Qualifications: 3–7 years of HR experience, including manufacturing experience preferred. Union experience preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
