We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to work for one of our top transportation clients in DFW The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the transportation industry, and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Conduct reference checks and background screenings. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the transportation industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
