Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives. Lead and nurture an inclusive, positive team culture that reflects the company’s values and continues to bring out the best in every team member. Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with company objectives and employee growth. Empower hiring teams to secure the best talent by providing strategic direction and support. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Develop and maintain safety policies that protect our employees. Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, ensuring their growth and alignment with organizational objectives. Qualifications We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or SHRM certification preferred) 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and compliance Experience in material handling or industrial settings is a plus SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus Safety certifications (OSHA 30, CSP, CHSP) are highly valued Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across all organization levels Exceptional problem-solving and organizational capabilities Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Summit Handling Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
