Hydraulics/Stormwater/Water Resources Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hydraulics/Stormwater/Water Resources Engineer at Naidu Engineering LLC in Sammamish, and Issaquah offices in WA. The Engineer will be responsible for conducting H & H modeling and simulation, designing conveyance systems and water quality controls, preparing hydraulic reports and stormwater site plans, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Additionally, the Engineer will be involved in erosion control, construction stormwater management, and quality assurance processes following Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) standards. Qualifications Water Resource Management, Hydrology, and Conveyance systems design skills per WSDOT HRM & HM. Experience in Stormwater Management and Water Quality design Knowledge of Green Stormwater Infrastructure and Low Impact Development practices Ability to conduct H & H modeling using various software tools Experience in drainage design for roadways and highways per WSDOT Standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is preferred for Junior Engineers Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus for Senior and Lead Engineers.
