We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess strong employee relations skills and be well-versed in recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and HR compliance. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to own their role in the recruiting and HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Provide guidance on policies and procedures to employees and managers Manage employee disciplinary actions and performance management processes Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance employee development Deliver effective employee training and development programs Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead new hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions for departing employees Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Own the recruitment process, from posting job openings to candidate selection and hiring Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines HR Compliance & Administration: Assist with HR compliance tasks in a corporate or similar setting Support the implementation of policies and procedures and ensure adherence to legal requirements Address employee questions/concerns related to payroll/benefits as needed (familiarity is preferred, but not required to be an expert) Qualifications: Strong employee relations experience with a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and performance management Demonstrated experience in recruiting and talent acquisition Onboarding/offboarding experience, including leading new hire orientation Familiarity with HR compliance and best practices in a corporate setting A proactive, hands-on approach to the HR and recruiting processes Experience with ADP is a strong plus Ability to effectively handle employee concerns related to payroll and benefits Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
