Supply Chain Manager - Anaheim, CA Elite Sourcing is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a leading metal fabricator serving Southern California offering services such as custom metal fabrication, CNC and manual machine services, and more. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. The role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve timely product delivery and optimal inventory levels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on demand forecasting and inventory optimization. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality goods and services at competitive prices. Oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and real-time inventory tracking systems. Monitor supply chain costs, prepare budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain operations with production, sales, and customer needs. Ensure compliance with regulations and implement contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks. Lead and develop supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Track and improve key performance metrics, including delivery rates, inventory turnover, and cost efficiencies. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred). 5 years of supply chain experience, including 2 years in leadership. Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred: APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management certifications. Pay/Benefits: $90K-$120K DOE Medical, Dental, Vision 401K PTO Full-time with occasional travel; extended hours during peak periods.
