The Talent Acquisition Partner screens, recruits, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies. This role takes a proactive role in filling job vacancies and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in work matters. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Stays abreast of HR and talent acquisition practices, technologies and strategies. Utilizes Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed and other databases for research and other relevant tools and technology. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. Competencies Requirements: Customer Focus Drives Results Being Resilient Communicates Effectively Tech Savvy Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proven successful skills in a proactive approach to recruiting Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook Expert knowledge of Talent Acquisition technology especially with applicant tracking systems and CRMs Proven ability to plan and execute on sourcing tactics Ability to communicate effectively dealing with internal and external clients. Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, such as behavioral-based interviewing. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a recruitment load, which includes managing a high volume of recruitments (50) Offer negotiation skills, selling techniques Key Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and qualifications. Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and tactics for open positions. Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates. Candidate Sourcing and networking, cold calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications. Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential. Coordinate and facilitate assessment tests and interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Strong technical knowledge. Three-year minimum experience in a professional recruitment position. Healthcare staffing/recruitment experience a huge plus. Must be able to travel to events as needed. Bachelor’s Degree required . High School/GED equivalent and a combination of eight (8) years of relevant human resources and recruitment experience in lieu of education and experience requirement.
