A leading financial company ranking 16th in largest total assets for commercial banking providing a combination of sector expertise, local knowledge and mid-market focus throughout the U.S. and provides a broad range of personal banking products and solutions through over 650 branches What will I be doing in this role? Operational Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Fixed Income operations, including back-office and middle-office processes. Trade Desk Support: Provide essential support to the trade desk, ensuring smooth execution and timely settlement of transactions. System Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Broadridge systems and SQL to optimize operational efficiency and data analysis. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness. Problem-Solving: Analyze complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including traders, operations teams, and technology teams. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. What is required? 3 years in treasury operations Fixed income experience Repurchase Agreement experience Operational experience in a back-office or middle-office environment What would be nice? Bachelor's degree or higher Prior experience in SQL Prior experience in banking organization Prior experience in Broadridge systems Prior experience in enterprise organization If interested apply here
